On 31st January 2016, I joined young kids of Lotus Panache, Noida for a book review session that was organised by Food 4 Thought Foundation. I was quite excited as I was there to judge the kids on their presentation of book review that they had to give on the book that they had recently read . The session was quite interesting as the kids from all age group as young as class 1 upto 5th standard were present. All the kids were well prepared, each one presented the review with introduction of themselves followed by the title of the book , author’s name ,number of pages in the book along with a summary of the story which was followed by a question-answer round in which all students actively participated and even gave their thoughts whether they would like to read the book or not. The kids even rated the book they had read on the scale of 5 according to their liking , presentation and the way it was narrated by the author.
Finally at the end of the session the best one among the kids was announced by me along with advice to all on how to make it more interesting and to present it better.
It was indeed a great experience to see young enthusiastic kids actively participating in the session.
Looking forward to attend more such sessions in future.
Feeling great to be part of this organisation.
Thanks and Cheers:-)
